The bravEd Teams Level Membership
The bravEd Teams Membership includes access to each of the following for one year:
The Teams Membership is our all-inclusive institutional membership that includes everything we offer to all the leaders across a school district
Most notably, the Teams Membership adds coaching for each principal, and participation in a Cohort, which is akin to a series of graduate course on the topic.
The Teams process takes place over two years. A good bit of the first year is spent learning about Benefits-Based Accountability, while also working through the Benefits-Curation process with district leaders. By the end of the first year, school systems are beginning to emerge. By the end of the second year the district and each of its campuses will have created and deployed a Benefits-Based Accountability system.
Throughout the two years the bravEd team will offer support to school board members and community leaders. bravEd will also work with school and district leaders to ensure the all new leaders are fully inducted Ito the work, and to support learning leaders in bringing each teacher up to speed on what it means to accept for benefits rather than just test scores.
Onsite experiences are also an option in addition to the virtual efforts.
Teams is strongly recommended for medium to large-sized districts. In districts that exceed thirty campuses, the option is available to stagger the start, or begin with a pilot set of campuses.
After completing two years of a Cohort, the district will be invited into the Community of Practice. The Community of Practice includes everything a district needs to sustain their system over time at a heavily reduced membership fee.
