It is bravEd's policy to remove any non-associated emails from a school or district's account unless notified in writing of an exception and the reason for the exception. Most exceptions will be limited to school board members without a district email address.

Membership fees are due at the time an agreement is formed, unless otherwise noted or agreed to in writing.

  1. A request for refund is made within one week of online, individual purchase of the Accountability Mindset Course for Teachers.
  2. A request for refund is made no later than thirty days prior to the start of an event paid for online.

For events, the bravEd systems will regularly send out reminders as a courtesy, and deploys a robust system that supports its members and clients. However, bravEd cannot compel nor be expected to compel participation. Non-participation will not be accepted as justification for a refund, given that the bravEd efforts will be undertaken to support participation regardless.
