A remarkable study with clear application to our work

In 2021 McKinsey and Company published a rather remarkable research study that outlines the benefits business stakeholders expect from their employees. But it was also more than that. It was about which benefits will result in higher income levels, increased employee satisfaction, and a better quality of life.

What is so remarkable about the study is that the benefits match what parents and communities have been telling us for a long time is what they want from school.

So, parents want schools to account for what matters, those same things matter when it comes to the quality of their lives, and here we are still in the dark ages accounting for none of that.
